Tara and Michael chose to get married at a beautiful wedding venue in the Cotswolds called The Barn at Upcote. The day started for me at Upcote with Michael and a his stag party making the final touches to the barns decorations. The sun was out, everyone was excited, and there was a random chicken roaming around the barn – it was clearly going to be an awesome day. 

Michael got ready in the beautiful accommodation available at The Barn at Upcote, and before long guests began arriving for the wedding. The ceremony took place in the stone barn at Upcote, with Tara making her entrance down the iconic Upcote stairs.

After an emotional wedding ceremony the guests headed outside to line up on the stairs for an awesome confetti shot, after which everyone relaxed into the drinks reception. 

The rest of the wedding turned into a real party, with everyone celebrating these two awesome people late into the night. Before I left we set up for a really cool sparkler shot on the stairs which Tara and Micheal very bravely climbed up and down twice surrounded by sparklers!

Tara and Micheal were such a pleasure to know, and both of them and their guests made me feel so welcome the whole day. Its wedding like this that remind me that being a wedding photographer is the best job in the world! I wish the happy couple every happiness in their lives together!
