Pauntley Court Wedding Photography
Carole and Grant had always planned to have about 15 guests at their wedding which turned out to be mighty handy in 2020. Still, it was a relief finally turning up on the day knowing that they were going to be married and I was going to photograph their wedding!
Carole and Grant had planned their day to be relaxed and laid back, breaking away from a lot of the traditional timings of a wedding which made for a really lovely experience. I love huge massive messy celebrations, but micro weddings really have found a place in my heart. They are intimate and relaxed and you can also speak to everyone! Something I found brilliant because all of Carole and Grants family are just a wonderful bunch of people.
Pauntley was booked for the whole weekend and everyone was staying in the house the whole time. When I arrived in the morning I found Carole’s mum keeping her company while she got ready, with everyone else taking it easy in the main house. After a few short hours Grant was at the top the aisle and Carole was on her way to join him!
The wedding ceremony took place in the Ballroom which was looking beautiful with the most gorgeous light spilling in from the large windows on one side. Before long Carole and Grant were smiling their way back down the aisle as a married couple 🙂
The rest of the day was spent by the wedding party simply enjoying each others company – something I found so special considering the years theme of self isolation.
Carole and Grant – Thank you both so very much for a wonderful day! My best wishes to you both for a long and happy life together.
Below are a few highlights from this beautiful wedding, I hope you love them and get in touch if you would like to talk about your wedding at Pauntley Court.
Great coverage David and I really like the laid-back vibe of this wedding.
