Farm house wedding photography in Herefordshire by David Liebst Photography
I had a wonderful day I with Rachel and Nathaniel made all the more special because it was the first time in 2020 that I was part of a wedding in Herefordshire. Not only are they two of the loveliest and most graceful people you will ever meet, everyone of their fantastic and interesting family and friends treated me like one of their own.
The day started relaxed and a little behind schedule with Nathanial getting ready up the road from Rachels family home where the wedding would take place. Her family have been living there for as long as they can remember and so everyone in the surrounding farms where an extension of their own. Rachels parents had set up a beautiful out door ceremony space which looked at a glance like something from a wedding shoot in Italy!
Rachel and Nathaniel had a humanist cermony on a beautiful August day surrounded by (as many as were permitted because of the c word) their friends and family, with the ceremony being performed by Rachels dad. For the legal bit we headed into the near by village of Preston-on-wye to their family church. After a beautiful ceremony the happy couple walked out of the church through a cloud of confetti as man and wife.
There was a particularly excellent awkward best man speech followed by lots of laughs before we headed of for a few couple portraits. Rachel and Nathaniel are so graceful and in love I really feel it shines through in the pictures of the two of them.
Thanks so much to Rachel and Nathaniel for an incredible time – I wish you all the very best for a fantastic future together!
