Tamsin got hold of me through a referral and told me she and her partner were planning to Elope in Hereford, and asked if I would like to be part of it. I had never covered an elopement before, and had heard that Hereford town hall was a beautiful building so it was a big yes from me! 

As it turns out elopements can be tricky things to organise… One obstacle Tamsin ran into was finding the witnesses. Neither of them are from Herefordshire, and so they didn’t know any one to ask. 

I happily accepted to be a witness for the day, but in the end wasn’t needed. Good old fashioned Herefordshire hospitality shone through and the team from the hotel the couple were staying at, The Castle House Hotel, got involved and found two lovely ladies to be part of their day.

It all came together perfectly and Tamsin and Dorian were married in one of the most intimate wedding ceremonies I have ever witnessed. 

Afterwards we took a walk around Hereford stopping here and there for a couple of pictures. The sun was out in force and made for some great colour and backgrounds.

Tamsin and Dorian are just lovely people, and lit was such a privelage to be part of their beautiful elopement! I wish them both every happiness in their lives together.
