Wedding Photography Brochure - 25/26 Collection
Capturing the story of your day behind the scenes, allowing you to enjoy completely what will be one of the most incredible experiences of your life. As you and your friends and family create the moments that will make your day so special I will quietly and calmly capture them in a natural, beautiful and emotive way. I will also set aside a little time to capture beautiful and stylish portraits of the authentic moments between the two of you.
I will cover the morning preparations through to late in the evening so I won't miss any of the important moments of your day. No clock watching, just your day captured completely.
The Story element of your day is best captured in a natural and unobtrusive way, allowing all of the precious moments to happen without guidance or interference, making them unique to you. I offer minimal gentle guidance during portraits and formals (if you want them) but aside from that everything you see in my portfolio is captured naturally.
Creating portraits is one of my favourite parts of the day, even though it makes up the tiniest percentage of time i spend taking pictures. step away with me for around 20 minutes a couple of times in the day, always at moments when YOU'RE not missing ANYTHING important, and we can create some beautiful TIMELESS PORTRAITS of the two of you. I will encourage you just to enjoy yourselves while I look for the authentic MOMENTS between you. nothing uncomfortable, only the lightest guidance to ensure you look your best and the rest is all you.
I only cover a select number of weddings a year so I can be sure to give my very best to each one. No leaving right after the first dance, I will be capturing the magic late into the night.
i HAVE COVERED OVER 300 WEDDINGS SINCE STARTING THIS WONDERFUL WAY OF LIFE AND feel the same passion for what I do now as when i started back in 2016. I have a deep Seated belief in service excellence, so will always strive to provide the very best for my couples at each stage of their EXPERIENCE with me.
The next step would be for us to have a relaxed chat over a zoom call so I can hear all about you and your wonderful plans for your day. There is ABSOLUTELY no commitment made by meeting me, and it's the best way for me to answer any questions you might have about my service. "Words fail us at the moment. We are so in awe of all these beautiful photographs. We have spent the last few days, watching the slideshow over and looking at all the images. Of course, there were tears, many tears!
When setting out to find a photographer it’s no secret that James and I were quite worried. Both being incredibly camera shy and awkward doesn’t usually mix well with a camera. But, not only did you make us feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed but you captured our day so naturally. As we flick through the images, for the hundredth it really feels like we are back there again! You truly captured our day from start to finish perfectly and I just know that we will be looking back at these photographs for many years to come. We cannot wait to share them with our friends and family, who are eagerly awaiting to see them too!

"Where do I start…! David was second to none from the moment we got in touch to capturing those sunset moments on our big day. He literally did not stop all day! He blended in so well that we didn’t even notice he was there. We all felt so comfortable around him, a really likeable guy who is so easy to get along with.
Matt isn’t one for being dragged away for photos and David totally appreciated that, so he really didn’t intrude on our day at all but still took the most amazing shots, capturing some really intimate moments. David doesn’t force anything or ask you to do any staged photos you don’t want to. He really makes the day about you and will only suggest things.
I can really feel the emotion in our photos, they are all worth a thousand words. With such a great turnaround too, he made our day just perfect, and most importantly, we just had so much fun with him! Not all superhero’s wear capes! Cannot recommend him enough.

"Jelmer and I just wanted to write a short review as a thank you to say how much we appreciate David’s skill as a wedding photographer and for capturing our wedding day in photos that we will really cherish for the rest of our lives.
David’s comfortable, warm, unobtrusive, creative, and flexible style helped to capture us at our best and most relaxed. We both felt we could really trust him with capturing some magical moments. Neither Jelmer nor I particularly like “posing” for pictures so David’s quiet style of capturing moments as they happened worked well for us but he also knew how to put us at ease and find the right spots and lighting to get some magical pictures.
When the preview pictures arrived we were seriously blown away- he somehow managed to capture the raw emotions and essence of the day. It is lovely to look back at his pictures and be transported back to the moment. David’s skill and creativity in photography is a true gift. If you are considering David as a wedding photographer- you should go for it!! It is worth it and you won't regret it!!

"David was the most wonderful photographer at our wedding! The most important decision we made was the photographer as that is the one thing you have left after it's done and so glad we made the choice to go with David. He was amazing in the lead up to the big day - clear communication, organised, listened to what we wanted and reassuring. On the day, he worked seamlessly. He was quite literally all over the venue and captured the most beautiful and romantic shots. The bridal and groomsmen party, friends and family loved him and he got on well with everyone. We got married at Bredenbury Court Barns and David was our wedding photographer - he was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! David not only takes the most breathtaking photos (we were completely blown away when we got our gallery!) but he also provides you with invaluable support on the day (he always seemed to have the most reassuring words at the right moment!).
For anyone who is nervous in front of the camera - I can assure you that you won't be with David, my sister knows how I can be in front of the camera sometimes and she couldn't believe how relaxed I was with David! He really does have a way of making you feel totally wonderful on your special day (something not every photographer has - we have been to enough weddings to know!).
I would highly recommend David to any couple looking to get married - I'm just sad we can't do it all over again!"
